MORE ABOUT SALLY

Sally is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, who specializes in working with teenagers and young adults. She primarily focuses on working with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, eating disorders, and perfectionism. Sally also has extensive experience working with family members who have loved ones struggling with addiction and individuals living with Type 1 Diabetes.

Sally obtained her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Southern California in addition to her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California Lutheran University. She is Director of Therapeutic Mentoring Programs at Bridge the Gap Services. Sally is trained and certified in Equine Assisted Therapy. During her master’s program, Sally completed her internship at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles in Endocrinology and the USC Westside Center for Diabetes.

Sally began her career in this field working in dual diagnosis treatment centers as a neurofeedback specialist, where she worked hands-on with clients to assist them in their recovery process. Sally spent two years working on a research team with Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, creating a clinic style intervention for children living with Type 1 Diabetes. She has worked alongside diabetes educators and endocrinologists, where she has gained a wealth of knowledge in patient care. She is passionate about helping her clients reach their goals.
